It even can be used as a payment link generator for gateways such as PayPal and even BitCoin.
There is no charge for anyone to use this application, nor is any account necessary. The site is very simple and consists of a single page, and is monetized from advertisments (AdSense, leased space, and even some affiliates).
QR Smarty works just as easily on mobile devices as it does on the web.
